This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

Wangjai มีผู้ใช้สองกลุ่มที่ต้องแยกกันให้ชัด Wangjai has two kinds of user, and the difference matters.

We do not decide whose records are held and we do not use them for our own purposes. If you are an adviser's client and want to exercise your rights, contact your adviser first — and contact us if you cannot reach them.

3.1 ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้3.1 Account data
ชื่อ นามสกุล อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ LINE ID (ถ้ากรอก) รูปโปรไฟล์ (ถ้าอัปโหลด) เลขที่ใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน/ตัวแทนประกัน (สำหรับที่ปรึกษาที่กรอก) องค์กรที่สังกัด บทบาทและสิทธิ์การใช้งาน และรหัสผ่านซึ่งเก็บเป็นค่าแฮชเท่านั้น — เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านของท่านในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ Name, email, phone number, LINE ID (if given), profile photo (if uploaded), investment/insurance licence numbers (for advisers who enter them), organisation, role and permissions, and a password stored only as a hash — we never hold your password in readable form.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address and profile picture you permit — never your Google password.

This is sensitive financial information and access is restricted by the permission system.

Payments are processed by Omise, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider; card details are entered directly into Omise's own form. What we keep is Omise's reference, the card brand, the last four digits, and your invoice history — enough to bill you and issue receipts.

6. การเก็บรักษาและการลบ6. Keeping and deleting data

When an account is deleted we delete or de-identify it and end every session; the email address is released for re-use. Some records must be kept longer where the law requires it — accounting documents and invoices, and the activity records needed for security review.

Passwords are stored as hashes using an algorithm built for passwords. Access is limited by a per-role permission system. You can see which devices are signed in and revoke them, and changing your password ends every other session. No system is perfectly secure — if you notice something wrong, tell us straight away.
8. สิทธิของท่าน8. Your rights
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบ ขอให้ระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่การประมวลผลอาศัยความยินยอม ติดต่อ admin@wangjai.xyz เราจะตอบกลับภายในกำหนดเวลาตามกฎหมาย และหากท่านไม่พอใจผลการดำเนินการ ท่านมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to admin@wangjai.xyz. We reply within the period the law allows, and if you are unhappy with the outcome you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
9. เด็กและเยาวชน9. Children
Wangjai เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพ ไม่ได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากบุคคลกลุ่มนี้โดยเจตนา Wangjai is a professional tool. It is not directed at anyone under 20, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะปรับวันที่ด้านบนและแจ้งให้ท่านทราบผ่านบริการหรืออีเมลก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้ If we make a material change we will update the date above and tell you in the service or by email before it takes effect.
