ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการTerms of Service
ข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นสัญญาระหว่างท่านกับ Mongkhon Mangkhang Rai Khit Company Limited ("เรา") สำหรับการใช้ Wangjai (วางใจ) การสมัครหรือใช้บริการถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ These terms form the agreement between you and Mongkhon Mangkhang Rai Khit Company Limited ("we") for your use of Wangjai. By registering or using the service you accept them.
1. บริการของเรา1. What the service is
Wangjai เป็นซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับที่ปรึกษาการเงิน ใช้บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า วิเคราะห์สถานะการเงิน วางแผนภาษี เกษียณ ประกัน และสินเชื่อ และจัดทำรายงาน เราให้บริการเป็นเครื่องมือ ไม่ได้ให้บริการแทนท่านหรือแทนที่ปรึกษาของท่าน Wangjai is software for financial advisers: recording client information, analysing financial position, planning tax, retirement, insurance and loans, and producing reports. We provide the tool; we do not act for you or in place of your adviser.

ผลลัพธ์ ตัวเลข และรายงานที่ระบบสร้างขึ้น เป็นการคำนวณจากข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้กรอกและจากสมมติฐานที่ผู้ใช้เลือก ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำการลงทุน คำแนะนำทางภาษี หรือคำแนะนำทางกฎหมายจากเรา ความถูกต้องของผลลัพธ์ขึ้นอยู่กับความถูกต้องของข้อมูลนำเข้า ที่ปรึกษาการเงินเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบคำแนะนำที่ให้แก่ลูกค้าของตน และเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการมีใบอนุญาตที่ถูกต้อง The figures, results and reports the system produces are calculations from data users enter and assumptions users choose. They are not investment, tax or legal advice from us. Their accuracy depends on the accuracy of the input. Advisers are responsible for the advice they give their clients, and for their own regulatory compliance, including holding the correct licences.
3. บัญชีผู้ใช้3. Your account
- ท่านต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและปรับปรุงให้เป็นปัจจุบันGive accurate information and keep it current.
- ท่านต้องรักษารหัสผ่านไว้เป็นความลับ และรับผิดชอบการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของท่านKeep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- หนึ่งบัญชีสำหรับหนึ่งบุคคล การใช้บัญชีร่วมกันทำให้บันทึกการใช้งานไม่สะท้อนความจริงว่าใครทำอะไรOne account per person — sharing one makes the activity record stop saying who actually did what.
- หากบัญชีของท่านอยู่ภายใต้องค์กร ผู้ดูแลองค์กรอาจจัดการสิทธิ์ ระงับ หรือลบบัญชีของท่านตามนโยบายขององค์กรนั้นIf your account belongs to an organisation, its administrators may manage, suspend or remove it under that organisation's own policy.

ท่านเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลที่ท่านบันทึกเข้ามา และท่านรับรองว่าท่านมีสิทธิและมีฐานทางกฎหมายในการเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าของท่าน รวมถึงการแจ้งลูกค้าตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เราประมวลผลข้อมูลนั้นตามคำสั่งของท่านและตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว You own the data you enter, and you confirm that you have the right and a lawful basis to hold and process your clients' personal data, including telling them what the law requires you to tell them. We process it on your instructions and under our Privacy Policy.
5. ค่าบริการ การต่ออายุ และการยกเลิก5. Fees, renewal and cancellation
- ค่าบริการเป็นไปตามแพ็กเกจที่ท่านเลือก แสดงราคาเป็นเงินบาทและรวมภาษีตามที่ระบุขณะสมัครFees follow the package you choose, shown in Thai baht with taxes as stated at the time of purchase.
- สมาชิกต่ออายุอัตโนมัติทุกรอบบิลจนกว่าท่านจะยกเลิกSubscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- เมื่อยกเลิก ท่านยังใช้งานได้จนสิ้นสุดรอบที่ชำระเงินไว้แล้ว และจะไม่มีการเรียกเก็บรอบถัดไปWhen you cancel you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not bill the next one.
- หากเราหยุดจำหน่ายแพ็กเกจใด ผู้ที่ถืออยู่จะใช้งานได้จนสิ้นสุดรอบที่ชำระไว้แล้วเช่นกัน และเราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าIf we stop selling a package, existing subscribers keep it to the end of the period they have paid for, and we will tell them beforehand.

6. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้6. Acceptable use
ท่านตกลงว่าจะไม่:You agree not to:
- ใช้บริการเพื่อการที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่นuse the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
- พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลหรือบัญชีที่ท่านไม่มีสิทธิ์ หรือหลบเลี่ยงระบบสิทธิ์การใช้งานtry to reach data or accounts you are not entitled to, or work around the permission system;
- รบกวนหรือทำให้ระบบเสียหาย ทดสอบเจาะระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรdisrupt or damage the service, or test its security without our written permission;
- ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ คัดลอก หรือขายต่อบริการ เว้นแต่กฎหมายอนุญาตโดยชัดแจ้งreverse-engineer, copy or resell the service, except where the law expressly allows.
7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา7. Intellectual property
ซอฟต์แวร์ การออกแบบ เครื่องหมายการค้า และเนื้อหาของบริการเป็นของเราหรือผู้ให้อนุญาตของเรา ท่านได้รับสิทธิใช้งานแบบไม่ผูกขาด โอนสิทธิไม่ได้ และเพิกถอนได้ ตลอดระยะเวลาที่สมาชิกยังมีผลและท่านปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดนี้ ข้อมูลที่ท่านบันทึกยังคงเป็นของท่าน The software, design, trade marks and content are ours or our licensors'. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use them while your subscription is active and you comply with these terms. The data you enter stays yours.
8. ความพร้อมใช้งาน8. Availability
เรามุ่งให้บริการต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงักหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด เราอาจปิดปรับปรุงระบบตามความจำเป็น และจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าเมื่อทำได้ ท่านควรจัดเก็บสำเนางานที่สำคัญของท่านไว้ต่างหากด้วย We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it down for maintenance, with notice where we can give it. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you.
9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด9. Limitation of liability
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง การสูญเสียกำไร หรือการสูญหายของข้อมูลอันเกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการ และความรับผิดรวมของเราในทุกกรณีจะไม่เกินจำนวนค่าบริการที่ท่านชำระให้เราในระยะเวลาสิบสอง (12) เดือนก่อนเกิดเหตุ ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ตัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัด เช่น การกระทำโดยจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of or inability to use the service, and our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event. Nothing here excludes liability the law does not permit us to exclude, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. การระงับและการเลิกสัญญา10. Suspension and termination
ท่านเลิกใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อโดยยกเลิกสมาชิกหรือลบบัญชี เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการให้บริการหากท่านฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ หรือเมื่อมีเหตุจำเป็นตามกฎหมาย โดยจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้ทราบเท่าที่ทำได้ เมื่อสัญญาสิ้นสุด การเก็บและลบข้อมูลเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว You may stop at any time by cancelling or deleting your account. We may suspend or end the service if you materially breach these terms or where the law requires, giving you the reason where we can. On termination, data is kept or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด11. Changes to these terms
เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าผ่านบริการหรืออีเมล การใช้บริการต่อหลังวันที่มีผลถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่แก้ไข We may change these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the service or by email; continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept them.
12. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ12. Governing law
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย และให้ศาลไทยเป็นศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจ These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
